The Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers are a detailed set of provisions governing the conduct of proceedings before the Court. While the Law on Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor’s Office provides the fundamental principles that guide the judicial work of the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, the Rules set out the procedures to be followed at each stage of proceedings.
