Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Continued detention for Thaçi

In its latest detention review decision of 31 July 2026, the Single Trial Judge ordered the continued detention of Hashim Thaçi. The Judge found that the risks that the accused may obstruct the progress of the proceedings in Case 6 or commit further offences continue to exist.
