Constitutional Chamber judgment

On 26 November 2020, the Specialist Chamber of the Constitutional Court decided that the constitutional amendments, proposed by the then- President of Kosovo on 24 August 2020 and subsequently referred to the KSC by the President of the Kosovo Assembly, diminish the rights and freedoms guaranteed by Chapter II of the Constitution.
