Constitutional Court Panel assigned to deal with new Mustafa’s referral

On 24 April 2025, President Trendafilova assigned a Constitutional Court Panel to rule on the referral, filed by Salih Mustafa on the same day. Judges Vidar Stensland, Roumen Nenkov, and Piotr Hofmański will decide on this referral, which follows the Supreme Court decision from 25 February 2025 (see here our post about that matter).
