Court of Appeals Panel granted in part appeals re. detention of Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi

The Court of Appeals Panel decided on the appeals by Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi against the decisions of the Pre-Trial Judge on the review of their detention. The Panel granted one ground of appeal by each accused and remanded the matter to the Pre-Trial Judge to further assess whether measures proposed by the detainees or any further condition the Pre-Trial Judge identifies as necessary may mitigate the identified risks and be effectively enforced by the Kosovo police. Other grounds of appeal were dismissed. Here are the decisions.
