Gucati & Haradinaj case: Appeals Panel assigned to deal with appeals on preliminary motions

Following the appeals by Gucati and Haradinaj against the Pre-Trial Judge’s decision on their preliminary motions regarding, inter alia, alleged defects in the confirmed indictment, President Ekaterina Trendafilova assigned a Court of Appeals panel consisting of Judges Michèle Picard, Emilio Gatti and Kai Ambos to decide on the appeals.
