Gucati & Haradinaj: Supreme Court Panel assigned to deal with requests for protection of legality

Following requests for protection of legality filed by Gucati and Haradinaj on 2 and 3 May 2023, President Trendafilova today assigned a Supreme Court Panel, composed of herself as Presiding Judge, as well as Judges Christine van den Wyngaert and Daniel Fransen to decide on the requests.
