P. Shala: Constitutional Court Panel assigned regarding potential Defence referral

On 25 March 2026, President Trendafilova assigned a Constitutional Court Panel to consider the Defence request by Pjetër Shala for an extension of time, until 15 June 2026, to file a referral, following the Supreme Court decision of 9 March 2026. Judges Vidar Stensland, Roumen Nenkov and Piotr Hofmański will decide on this request and any related filings in this matter.
