P. Shala: Supreme Court sets deadlines for next submissions

On 16 October 2025, the Supreme Court Panel issued an order setting time limits for submissions related to Pjetër Shala’s request for protection of legality, which was filed confidentially on 14 October 2025. The Panel ordered the SPO and the Victims’ Counsel to file any responses by 3 December 2025, and the Defence to file any reply by 16 January 2026.
This follows the Panel’s earlier decision of 8 August 2025, in which it rejected Shala’s motion for an extension of time and word limit for filing his request.
