Thaçi et al. (administrat. of justice): Continued restrictions on Thaçi’s non-privileged visits

In a decision made public on 7 November 2025, the Pre-Trial Judge in the Thaçi et al. case concerning the administration of justice charges ordered that the restriction on non-privileged visits imposed on Hashim Thaçi earlier this year shall remain in place.
Judge Marjorie Masselot found that the restrictions remain necessary to prevent any further unlawful disclosure of confidential witness-related information and that they are proportionate and compatible with the rights of the accused.

The restrictions are reviewed every three months following reports by the KSC Registrar, the next of which is due on 24 November 2025.
