Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Court of Appeals denies appeals re. preliminary motions on jurisdiction and adjournment/severance

On 28 October, the Appeals Panel denied Hashim Thaçi’s appeals against the earlier Decision  on the Thaçi Defence Preliminary Motion on Jurisdiction and the Decision on Preliminary Motions for Adjournment and Severance of the Proceedings. In both decisions, the Pre-Trial Judge had rejected the related preliminary motions.
