Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Fazliu files pre-trial brief

Following the Pre-Trial Judge’s invitation in September, Fadil Fazliu filed the public redacted version of his pre-trial brief on 20 October 2025. Earlier, the Kilaj Defence, joined by the Thaçi and Kuçi Defence, had requested an extension of time to file the brief, which the Pre-Trial Judge rejected, finding that no good cause had been shown.
