Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): SPO’s pre-trial brief made public

On 7 October 2025, the SPO filed a public redacted version of its corrected pre-trial brief in the case against Thaçi, Smakaj, Kilaj, Fazliu, and Kuçi.
As previously announced, the SPO had filed its initial pre-trial brief confidentially in September. A corrected version was later submitted, the public redacted form of which is now available.
