Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Start of trial postponed to 27 February

On 28 January 2026, the Single Trial Judge, Christopher Gosnell, partially granted a request by the Defence of Hashim Thaçi and ordered that the trial in the case against Hashim Thaçi, Bashkim Smakaj, Isni Kilaj, Fadil Fazliu and Hajredin Kuçi will commence on Friday, 27 February 2026, instead of 24 February as previously scheduled.
