Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Thaçi final trial brief made public

On 22 September 2026, the Defence for Hashim Thaçi filed a public redacted version of its final trial brief in the case concerning charges of administration of justice. The brief was initially filed confidentially on 24 August 2026 and is now available in the Public Court Records.
