Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): written reasons issued for 3 March decision and related clarification

As indicated by Single Trial Judge Gosnell when issuing his oral order on 3 March 2026, the written reasons for his decision to vary certain provisional release conditions for Kilaj, Smakaj, Fazliu and Kuçi are now available.
In his reasons, Judge Gosnell confirmed that the accused may communicate with one another while present on the KSC premises, subject to the limitations set out in the oral order. In addition, the Judge clarified that this exception also applies when the accused participate in the proceedings via video-conference.
