Thaci et al: Appeals Panel assigned

Following the confidential request by the Defence teams of Thaçi, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal, KSC President Trendafilova on 22 September 2026 assigned a Court of Appeals Panel composed of Judges Michèle Picard, Kai Ambos and Nina Jørgensen to decide on the request and any filings related to a notice of appeal concerning the Trial Judgment in this case.
