Thaci et al: Appeals Panel assigned to deal with appeal re. victims' participation

On 7 June 2021, President Trendafilova assigned the Court of Appeals Panel, consisting of Judges Michèle Picard, Emilio Gatti and Kai Ambos to decide on the appeal  against the Pre-Trial Judge’s decision denying the applications of certain individuals to participate as victims in the Thaci et al. case.
