Thaci et al. case: Defence appeals re. alleged indictment defects denied

On 22 August 2022, the Court of Appeals Panel denied three appeals, filed by Thaci, Selimi and Krasniqi, against an earlier decision of the Pre-Trial Judge, in which some of the Defence’s preliminary motions were dismissed and the SPO was ordered to file a corrected version of the confirmed indictment.
