Thaci et al. case: Defence appeals re. the legality of the KSC&SPO and rights of the accused rejected

On 20 May 2022, a Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeals, filed by Thaci and Veseli, against the decision of the Pre-Trial Judge dismissing the Defence challenges related to the legality of the KSC&SPO and alleged violations of certain constitutional rights of the accused.
