Thaçi et al. case: Defence case to start on 15 September

On 25 July 2025, Trial Panel II issued an order setting 15 September 2025 as the intended start date for the Defence case. The date will be confirmed at the Defence Preparation Conference scheduled for 19 August 2025.

Additionally, the Panel issued further directions on matters such as revised exhibit lists and disclosure deadlines. These details are set out in the full decision available here.
