Thaçi et al.: Continued detention for Hashim Thaçi (April 2026)

In its latest detention review decision of 10 April 2026, the Trial Panel in the case against Thaçi, Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi ordered the continued detention of Hashim Thaçi. The Panel found that the risks that the accused may obstruct the progress of the proceedings or commit further offences continue to exist.
