Thaçi et al.: Continued detention for Veseli and Krasniqi; provisional release denied

In its latest detention review decisions of 15 July 2026, Trial Panel II ordered the continued detention of Kadri Veseli and Jakup Krasniqi and denied their requests for provisional release. The Panel found that the risks that the accused may obstruct the progress of the proceedings or commit further offences continue to exist.
