Thaçi et al: Court of Appeals denies appeals re. provisional release

Following the Trial Panel’s rejection of their provisional release requests we informed earlier, Kadri Veseli, Rexhep Selimi and Jakup Krasniqi filed appeals with the Court of Appeals Panel. On 13 August 2025, the Court of Appeals Panel dismissed all three appeals. The decisions are available via this link.
