Thaçi et al.: Panel reaffirms decision on reparation proceedings

On 2 October 2026, after considering objections by the Defence, Trial Panel II confirmed its earlier decision to hold reparation proceedings and issue a reparation order in the Thaçi et al. case, rather than refer victims to civil litigation in Kosovo. The Panel also maintained the deadlines set in its order of 16 September 2026.
