Thaçi et al.: Panel urges Defence to avoid further delays with witnesses

On 23 October 2025, the Trial Panel revised the deadline for bar table motions and instructed the Thaçi Defence to explore all reasonable options to ensure that witnesses are available for all scheduled sitting days from 3 November. The Defence was ordered to report on these efforts by Wednesday, 29 October 2025.

The decision also clarifies the scheduling changes announced on 22 October: the 27–30 October hearings were cancelled after the Thaçi Defence notified the Panel that no witnesses would be available that week, while an additional sitting week (17–20 November) was added in light of several previously unused court days in September when no Defence witness was made available.
