Thaçi et al. trial: Selimi’s appeal on continued detention denied

On 28 May 2026, the Court of Appeals Panel denied Rexhep Selimi’s appeal against the 25th decision ordering his continued detention, issued by the Trial Panel on 16 March 2026.
As the appeal itself remains confidential, the Court of Appeals Panel directed the Defence to file a public redacted version within ten days of notification of the present decision.
