Thaçi et al. trial: Thaçi Defence final trial brief made public

On 27 March 2026, the Defence for Hashim Thaçi filed a public redacted version of its final trial brief, which was initially submitted confidentially on 19 January 2026. The filing is available in the Public Court Records.
This is the second final trial brief made public so far, following the one filed by Veseli, as previously announced.
