Pursuant to Rule 15(2) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence for the Specialist Chamber of the Constitutional Court, a Constitutional Court Panel may request additional information or submissions, as deemed necessary, in relation to a Referral made under Article 49 of the Law on Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.

The KSC and the SPO are required to uphold fundamental protections enshrined within Chapter II of the Kosovo Constitution and to act in compliance with international human rights law.
