Pursuant to Rule 15(2) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence for the Specialist Chamber of the Constitutional Court, a Constitutional Court Panel may request additional information or submissions, as deemed necessary, in relation to a Referral made under Article 49 of the Law on Specialist Chambers and Specialist Prosecutor’s Office.
