Mustafa files his appeal brief/response briefs to be filed in June

Salih Mustafa filed his appeal brief against the judgment, pronounced on 16 December last year. The public redacted version of the corrected appeal brief, filed on 2 May*, is available here. On 5 May 2023, the Court of Appeals panel granted in part the request by the SPO and the Victims’ counsel for extension of the time limit and authorized them to file their briefs in response to the Defence’s appeal brief until 5 June 2023.
