Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Continued detention for H. Thaçi (April 2026)

In the detention review decision of 2 April 2026, the Single Trial Judge in the administration of justice case against Thaçi et al. ordered the continued detention of Hashim Thaçi. Judge Gosnell found that a real risk remains that the accused, if released, may obstruct the progress of the proceedings and commit further offences.
