On 24 June 2025, the Pre-Trial Judge rejected motions by Thaçi and Fazliu alleging defects in the amended confirmed indictment in this case. Pre-Trial Judge Masselot dismissed or found no merit in all Defence arguments challenging the specificity, particularity and clarity in some parts of the indictment.
