Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Evidentiary proceedings closed; closing statements scheduled for 10, 11 and 14 September

The Single Trial Judge today issued an order declaring the evidentiary proceedings in the case against Thaçi et al. for administration of justice charges closed pursuant to Rule 134(a). The Judge also confirmed the following deadlines and hearing dates, previously set in the Third Scheduling Order:

24 August 2026, 4:00 p.m. – Final trial briefs, if any;

4 September 2026 – Reply briefs, if any; and

10, 11 and 14 September 2026 – Closing statements.
