Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Smakaj and Kuçi Defence will not present evidence

The Defence teams for Bashkim Smakaj and Hajredin Kuçi have filed their notifications indicating that they do not intend to present evidence in the proceedings.
As announced earlier, the Defence for Hashim Thaçi and Isni Kilaj have indicated that they intend to present evidence, while the Defence for Fadil Fazliu does not.
