Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Three Defence teams file notices on presentation of evidence

Pursuant to the order of the Single Trial Judge earlier this month, Defence teams in the case against Thaçi et al. on administration of justice charges have begun filing their notifications on the presentation of evidence in the proceedings. So far, the Defence for Hashim Thaçi, Isni Kilaj and Fadil Fazliu have filed their notifications.

The Thaçi and Kilaj Defence indicated their intention to present evidence, while the Fazliu Defence notified that it does not intend to do so.

As indicated in the Court Calendar, the Defence Preparation Conference is scheduled to take place on 1 April 2026 from 14:00 to 17:30.
