Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): SPO final trial brief made public

On 24 September 2026, the SPO filed a public redacted version of its final trial brief in the case against Thaçi, Smakaj, Kilaj, Fazliu and Kuçi. The brief was initially filed confidentially on 24 August 2026 and is now available in the Public Court Records.
This is the second final trial brief to be made public in this case, following the Thaçi Defence brief on 22 September.
