Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): trial adjourned until 14 April

During the Defence Preparation Conference held today, 1 April 2026, the Single Trial Judge, having heard the parties’ submissions, instructed the parties to be available on 14 and 15 April for the potential testimony of a Defence witness, noting that there are no witnesses be heard next week. Accordingly, the trial is adjourned until 14 April, subject to any further notifications by the Judge, and the hearings scheduled until then are cancelled. During the hearing, Judge Gosnell also granted the request by Fazliu to attend the Defence phase of the trial via video-conference.
