Thaçi et al. (administration of justice): Schedule set for closing statements

On 7 September 2026, the Single Trial Judge issued an order setting the schedule for closing statements in the Thaçi et al. case concerning charges of administration of justice, which were earlier scheduled to take place on 10, 11 and 14 September. The order allocates three hours to the SPO and between 45 minutes and two hours to each Defence team for their closing statements. The hearings will commence at 09:30 and may continue until 17:15.
