Thaçi et al. trial: Schedule update – 10 and 21 November
In its decision of 4 November 2025, the Trial Panel addressed several requests by the Thaçi Defence related to the upcoming testimony of its last planned witness, 1DW-007 (Wesley Clark). Having been informed that this testimony can only commence in the afternoon of 18 November, and after reviewing the parties’ time estimates, the Panel granted the Defence’s request to reserve an additional hearing day, 21 November, to complete the testimony. The Panel stated that this additional day was reserved to ensure the prompt and effective closure of the Defence case, but nevertheless encouraged the parties to endeavour to conclude the testimony earlier if possible.
Separately from this decision, please be informed of another scheduling adjustment for next week: the hearing on Monday, 10 November 2025, will start at 14:00 and conclude at 17:00.
