Protected witness 4748 resumes the testimony in the trial of Thaçi et al. The SPO continues its examination-in-chief of this witness.

As per the 8 May order of the Supreme Court Panel, Haradinaj re-filed the request for protection of legality (in order to ensure its compliance with the word limit specified in Article 56(3) of the Practice Direction on Files and Filings). The latest Haradinaj’s request as well as the one filed by Gucati are available in the Public Court Records.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 11 May at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions. Pre-registration is required to attend each briefing. The last two accused in the Thaçi et al. case filed their pre-trial briefs, the public redacted versions of which can be seen here: Selimi, Krasniqi. Thaçi and Veseli’s briefs were filed earlier.
