The next Defence witness in the Mustafa trial is Kapllan Parduzi.

Following the filing of the public redacted version of its final trial brief by the Gucati Defence on 7 April, the final trial briefs of all parties in the Gucati&Haradinaj case are now available in the KSC Public Court Records as well as on the Case page.

The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week. It will resume on Monday, 11 April, at 09:30.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 7 April, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. On 6 April 2022, in its consolidated decision, the Court of Appeals denied two appeals by Nasim Haradinaj against the decisions of the Trial Panel, ordering his continued detention.

On 5 April, the Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeal by Hashim Thaci against the decision of the Pre-Trial Judge, ordering his continued detention.

Nazmi Vrbovci is the next Defence witness in the Mustafa trial.

Bislim Nreci is the 6th witness called by the Mustafa Defence.

The fifth Defence witness is Gani Sopi.

On 31 March, the Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeal by Kadri Veseli (Thaci et al. case) against the decision of the Pre-Trial Judge, ordering his continued detention.
