As announced in our Court Calendar, the 7th Status Conference in the case against Pjetër Shala is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 14 April, at 09:30 More information in the scheduling order.

The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week. It will resume on Monday, 4 April, at 09:30.

Witness Hazir Borovci resumes his testimony in the Mustafa trial. He is currently being re-examined by the Defence.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 31 March, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. The fourth Mustafa Defence witness is Hazir Borovci.

The third Defence witness in the Mustafa trial is Jakup Ismaili.

The Court of Appeals Panel denied the appeals by Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi against the decisions of the Pre-Trial Judge, ordering their continued detention.

Ahmet Ademi is the 2nd Defence witness in the trial against Mustafa.

Former KLA member Brahim Mehmetaj resumes his testimony in the Mustafa trial. He is currently being cross-examined by the SPO.
