During the Status Conference in the Shala case this morning, Pre-trial Judge Guillou issued an oral order directing the SPO to file its pre-trial brief in this case by no later than 28 January 2022.

As mentioned in our Calendar, Status Conference in the Shala case will commence at 09:00, followed by the trial hearing in the Mustafa case at 11:30.

Mustafa Defence resumes cross-examination of the SPO witness W03593.

During the session this afternoon, the Panel issued an oral order authorizing the accused’s request to participate in the trial via video-link from the Detention Unit.

The SPO resumes the examination-in-chief of its first witness W03593 in the Mustafa trial this morning.

Please be informed that there are technical problems with the stream at the moment, due to which the English translation cannot be heard in Mustafa trial. As announced earlier, the full video will be available at our Youtube as soon as possible after the hearing.

The first SPO witness in the Mustafa trial is protected witness W03593.
