The Specialist Prosecutor’s Office (SPO) is conducting ongoing operations in Pristina. The operations of the SPO are being supported by the Kosovo Police and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX). More information will follow in due course.

At his further appearance before Pre-Trial Judge Guillou today, Salih Mustafa pleaded not guilty to all counts of the indictment. As per Rule 95 of the KSC Rules of Procedure and Evidence, the Pre-Trial Judge will proceed with the preparation of the case for trial. The status conference in this case is ongoing and the live stream can be viewed online.

As announced in our Court Calendar, the further appearance of Salih Mustafa is scheduled for 28 October at 15:00. During the first part of the hearing, Mr Mustafa will be asked to admit guilt or plead not guilty on the charges brought against him in the confirmed Indictment, pursuant to Rule 92(2)(c) of the Rules. If the Accused declines to do so, the Pre-Trial Judge will enter a plea of not guilty on his behalf, pursuant to Rule 92(2)(f) of the Rules. 19.
