Protected witness W04811 is the new SPO witness, whose testimony has commenced this morning. According to the summary read by the SPO in court, this testimony of this witness is related to a victim who was killed after being taken and detained by KLA members in the Llap/Lab zone.

The status conference in the case against Sabit Januzi, Ismet Bahtijari and Haxhi Shala is scheduled to take place on Friday, 22 March 2024, at 14:30. More information in the scheduling order.

On 14 March, Mr Salih Mustafa filed a request for protection of legality, following the issuance of the judgment by the Court of Appeals Panel on 14 December 2023. The Request, which can be found here, will be dealt with by the Supreme Court Panel assigned by the President to decide on the matter.
