Live update

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place on Thursday, 12 May, at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. Journalists will have the opportunity to ask questions. Pre-registration is required to attend each briefing. The Zoom details will be shared following pre-registration. Recordings of the update provided during the Weekly Press Briefings will be made available on the KSC YouTube Channel.

The 14th Defence witness in the Mustafa trial is Teuta Hadri.

Rexhep Selimi pleaded not guilty to the new charges in the latest confirmed indictment. This was the last hearing in this case today.

Following the non-guilty pleas of Thaci and Veseli this morning, Jakup Krasniqi also pleaded not guilty to the new charges in the confirmed amended indictment.

During his further appearance today, Kadri Veseli pleaded not guilty to the new charges in the confirmed amended indictment.

Today, 4  May 2022, Trial Panel II scheduled the pronouncement of the trial judgment in the case against Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj for 18 May 2022 at 10:00. Here is the scheduling order.

Following the filing of an amended indictment,  the pre-trial judge in the Thaci et al. case scheduled further appearances of each accused for 10 May 2022. More details and the exact timing of each appearance can be found in the filing.
