The fourth SPO witness in the trial against Mustafa is protected witness W03594.

Following the decision of the Court of Appeals Panel on 1 October, the Pre-Trial Judge in the Thaci et al. case ordered the Kosovo police to provide information about its authority and capability to, inter alia, enforce conditions attaching to the potential interim release of the accused within two weeks of notification of the Albanian translation of this Order. The trial against Salih Mustafa is adjourned for the week and the session, scheduled for tomorrow (6 October), is cancelled. The trial will resume on Tuesday, 12 October, at 09:30.

The Court of Appeals Panel decided on the appeals by Veseli, Selimi and Krasniqi against the decisions of the Pre-Trial Judge on the review of their detention. The Panel granted one ground of appeal by each accused and remanded the matter to the Pre-Trial Judge to further assess whether measures proposed by the detainees or any further condition the Pre-Trial Judge identifies as necessary may mitigate the identified risks and be effectively enforced by the Kosovo police.
