SPO third witness Miro Jukić resumes his testimony in the Gucati & Haradinaj trial. He is currently being cross-examined by the Defence.

Another KSC weekly press briefing will take place today at 14:30. During this briefing, the KSC Spokespersons will provide a short update on the latest developments in the judicial proceedings before the KSC, as well as on other public activities of the Court. The Trial Panel in the Gucati and Haradinaj case granted the SPO request and authorized the addition of one witness to its witness list as well as one additional item to its exhibits list. Here is the order.

Witness W04603 is the fifth SPO witness in the Mustafa trial.

The hearing will commence, as scheduled. at 09:30. 

During the status conference in the Thaci et al. case on 29 October, Pre-Trial Judge Nicolas Guillou issued an oral order directing  the Specialist Prosecutor’s Office to file its pre-trial brief by 17 December 2021.

The trial will resume next Thursday, 4 November, at 09:30.
