On 14 March, Mr Salih Mustafa filed a request for protection of legality, following the issuance of the judgment by the Court of Appeals Panel on 14 December 2023. The Request, which can be found here, will be dealt with by the Supreme Court Panel assigned by the President to decide on the matter.

Following the completion of the testimony of the SPO’s 48th witness, the trial in the case of Thaçi et al. has adjourned for today and for the week. This trial will resume on Monday, 18 March, at 09:00.

During today's (28 February) hearing, the Trial Panel informed the parties about the extra hearing days scheduled for this case until the end of the year. As can be seen in our Calendar, these dates are 10, 24 and 30 May, 15, 16, 17 and 18 July, 31 October and 28 November. This announcement follows the discussion on this matter, held in court on 26 February.
